OMER RANGOONWALA

I am licensed to practice law in all courts of the State of California and in all immigration courts throughout the United States. I received my Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Chapman University School of Law and my Bachelors (B.A.) in Psychology from the University of California Los Angeles.

I am a trial lawyer, first and foremost. My legal focus is on trial practice in the areas of litigation, immigration, and criminal defense. Best results can only be achieved when you prepare for and are willing to take any matter to trial. That doesn't mean the best results always comes from a trial, but if you aren't prepared to try the case, the other side will know it and factor this in to any negotiations.

Most importantly, throughout my professional career, I have noticed a breakdown in communication between the attorney and the client. Too often, secretaries and paralegals handle the client's issue, and the client has limited contact with the attorney. That is why, when you call my office, you deal directly with me.
